I can't post a 1gb one, but I can post the idle temps for my crossfired 512 Sapphire 4870s if you're interested.

http://img12.imageshack.us/my.php?im...uidletemps.jpg
-Replaced thermal grease on the sinks with Arctic Silver 5 (has NOT yet cured)
-Two turbo modules on each
-One Delta 4000rpm fan blowing at them through the case.
-Sloppy/No cable management (at the moment)
-Load temperatures are only an increase of 2-5 degrees.

Also it IS possible to crossfire them with accelero S1R2s on them, but it's a little tricky as you need to bend the crossfire bridge around a heatpipe, or cut away sections of the fins if you want the second bridge.

I'm afraid I don't know the exact ambient temperature... I'm guessing 18-20 degrees, give or take.

A warning with furmark; it doesn't seem to agree with the Accelero S1R2. Temperatures just keep increasing FOREVER until you suffer a temperature-related freeze/crash, and I don't know what causes it. Juts use something else for benching/stability testing if you use the S1R2s.

I might have went a little overboard with my S1 R2, I put a 38mm Ultra Kaze 1000 on it , temps are great. It sits right over the center.

The only thing is it blocks like 3 PCI slots with such a huge fan on it.

You wouldn't even need a 38mm to block three slots; any usual 25mm thick fan will do the same thing too, just about. xD

Although I'm guessing you have epicly cool temperatures?

Yep, on average it idles around 34C-35C compared to the 54C it used to idle, and it loads no more than 45C. Overall a very good buy.
