You don't have a 4770. They use 40nm GPUs instead of 55nm GPUs. They're smaller. I already know it fits with some trimming/bending.

S2 does not fit either. That's my HD 4770 pictured with the S1, I had a pair but one broke. I found an HD4850X2 2GB really cheap so I am getting a refund on the broken one and selling the working one.

That cooler will fit I think. I had a Mushashi on mine it I was able to really crank that thing up to over 1000MHz core!
