from what i can find out it will not fit with out a little modding....hopefully someone can prove me wrong

I've been looking around online the past day or so and found that it can fit but needs the fins to be bent down on one side.

you need to cut a small piece off of one of the ram heatsinks the heatpipe is in the way

Oh....that sucks. Maybe I'll get the Accelero S2 since it fits the X1650 and is not as wide as the S1.

Dude accelero s1 r2. 4 heat pipes and does excellent cooling!!! All you need to do is a little sanding/trimming one of the ram sinks to make it work. I use it on my 4830 witch is oced to around 860(core) and 1201(mem) and I stay under 60c. Original cooler did 85+ with 100percent fan speed while a single 1200rpm fan does better ^_^
Thing is the modification took less then 5 minutes and had no problems so far and TOTALY recomend this!
