Well bud I just got the powercooler 4870 1gb and they are cooling well, and they are not quiet! Though I'll be taking the coolers off soon for the dtek fuzion gfx blocks!

Hmm, was looking at reviews for it and could only find 1 good one from 'techpowerup!'. Its saying the temps seem fine on it, but the fan can be noisy. Also the PWN heatsinks/RAM heatsinks are aluminum and its just painted like cooper.

Personally I think its a good deal when it already comes with an 'aftermarket' cooler. If it doesnt cool efficient enough, there is an option with getting another cooler for it.
