Default Best 4870 1Gb

Which 4870 should I buy? Should I buy a cheap one and get an aftermarket cooler or is there a card with a good non-reference cooler?

Lifetime warranty that worth it? Or is the XFX cooler actually better. Is it still worth it to still worth it to replace the cooler?

If you shop around you can get a 4870 1GB with a decent non-reference cooler for 130-140 bucks. Ones with stock coolers are not much cheaper and at these prices, it's generally no economical/worth while to replace the cooler.
