If you want a good cheap cooler, get the Accelero 21 R2. It runs a 4870 oced to 840 and 1000 mem, under 70c alone. Since your folding, just get a 1200rpm fan on it and your golden. In my pc it idles at 32, loads 42 ^_^ room temp is around 76F. All I can say is the cooler is a beast and won't break your bank!

My bad its 26 not 36. Now what i did is flashed the current bios for better Auto fan setting. Is ~ 50% idle and goes to 80-85% folding. I am just going to have to stick with this cooler until i get a bigger case and i get another Twin Turbo because they are cheap and cool well. When i had it in my 4870 before it was 60c under load. +Rep to all.
