I would trust what ATI Tool says. Even then that is such a small difference it wont matter.

CCC is probably right, and Gpu-Z isn't far of anyway.

Thats a real hard picture to fathom.
What the heck did you do. 1 gpuz shows 98% load. the one on the right shows 0% load. Same card. Are your running crossfire ? and if so how is 1 card under load and the other isnt ? Oh and the core clock on the gpuz on the right is 500 left is 900 Are they NOT crossfired ? I am confused more then the picture. I see your yellow boxes... I would take that ati catalyst crap off. Is that something that came with the card ? If so take it off. ATi isnt going to spend millions on software, they just spent millions on the card. You can find better and more accurate software for monitoring your card then that. I would follow gpuz just because some of the developers out of TechPowerUp are awesome.

The clock on the right is only 500mhz because it is running in 2D mode

Just wondering how you got CCC to show up to 1050? Is that in 9.6? I don't have my card at the moment.
Oh and I'd trust the one that doesn't say my fan is going at 600,000 RPM.

Its a safety thing ATI implements to assure the video card vendors don't overclock their chips too much. The fan sensors on these cards are like that.. if I put the fan to 100% it shows the correct RPM, and if I put the fan to a low % it shows the correct RPM
