Any suggestion for a quiet high performance gpu cooler for my ati radeon 4850?

You could get the Thermalright T-RAD2 with quiet fans (Scythe or Noctua).

yes, it will. but you need to make sure that you have enough space to mount it first. then you will have to buy a good fan

like by how many degree, how many slots will it take over? mushashi v.s accelero, which one is better?

My Accelero on my 4890 covers 2 slots (certainly not good for crossfire ). I think the Musashi would take up about the same amount of space, but I also have a feeling it would perform slightly better.
