Default Thermalright/Zalman Radeon VRM sinks...when?

Do any stores have these in stock yet? If not, does anyone know when they will be?

I can't find the VRM coolers at Performance Pc's, I don't know when they will be out.

You could put the little "stick-on" memory heatsinks on the VRM's.

I'm currently using the iandh custom heatsinks, and while the vRAM sink works great, the VRM heatsink just seems to be inadequate with my quiet fans, especially with an overclock. The little stick on sinks would probably be worse, hence my interest in these new VRM coolers.

Thanks for checking, I forgot about Performance PCs. They're bookmarked now.

The Zalman RHS70 has been out a while, I'm talking about the new RHS90.

And yes, it's too tall to fit under most heatsinks, that's what a sander/grinder is for.

I'm using Enzotech ramsinks on my VRMs, and they work alright under normal circumstances, but they quickly overheat using ATITool.

They simply get too hot to be able to remove the heat from smaller sinks. The stock plate works good because it takes so long to heat up that you'll never have any issues.

If you grind the RHS90 down you won't get any better cooling.

I have 4 of these covering my VRMs, which isn't much less than the RHS90 once you grind it down to the 14mm required by the Twin Turbo and T-RAD2, and its copper, but it still isn't enough.

You need either a full cover block or the thermalright, which with it's heatpipes and larger surface area will finally be able to cool it effectively.

Hopefully the Thermalright one will be available either by the end of the month, or next, and hopefully it will cost less that the T-RAD2.
