Default HIS 4830 Core 90+C VRam 100+C Need Help Cooling

Passed couple of days my HIS 4830 has been running really hot on stock clocks (core 575 memory 900) with the core reaching 90C+ and the vram reaching 100C+. It only happens when play CoD4, Battleforge, UT3 and someothers. I have been looking all around on how to cool it down but Ive not come accrossed one that helps. Is there anyway to cool it down or any aftermarket coolers I could get?

Default

Get a Trad2 and some 92mm fans for it.

Or just 1 120mm fan for it.
