Does any body know how to get the plastic cover off the saphire radeon 4870?

Take the cooler completely off and look for very tiny black screws.
Not personal experience on that cooler, but it's usually something like that.

You have to take the whole cooler off and there are screws holding the plastic shroud on under the aluminum plate. The screws are really small.
