Default Water cooling for upcoming HD 5870\5870 x2

So I plan on buying a new build when the next series of Radeons come out, DX 11 looks promising. I *almost* went with a water cooled GTX 295 for 650$, but it looks like the new HD 5870s will be even better. So, my questions:

#1: How long does it usually take, after a card comes out, for some sort of 3rd party water cooling block to come out?
#2: How hard are those blocks to put on?
#3: Any guesses as to how expensive they would be? I wouldn't want to go much over $750 for a 5870 x2 (my preference), meaning the aftermarket cooler should be $150 or less (current custom 295 coolers are ~$140, seems reasonable). Or I could go for a 5870 with cooler for ~450ish.

I realize that this thread and all the replies therein are COMPLETELY, 100% conjuncture. But I'm a (until recently) die-hard NVIDIA fan, and I figure you folks here will know more about ATI cooling them me. So I'll take your educated guesses\advice over mine any day

Also, I could just get an air-cooled 5870 x2 when it comes out and slap on a liquid cooling block when one comes out if it's not too expensive. I'm assuming that would be cheaper then buying one with OEM liquid built and mean less of a wait (I'm impatient ).

Thanks for looking, all comments are appreciated

Ehh, after looking at the new 5870 I wasn't that impressed and pulled the trigger on a 295 Hydro. I figure if nVidia comes out with a new 300x series in the next 3 months, I can use EVGAs step up plan, and if something else comes up in the next 30 I can return the card for a full refund.
