Sup guys,
As the title says, I'm trying to find out what these "???" temperatures are for in GPU-Z, and what is a max safe temp for them? Are they more VRMs? I have an XFX 4890 ZHFC model. ![]() Cheers

Hmm, I found out the one at the very bottom (the one that says 1.2000v) is memory voltage, so maybe the ??? temps are Memory temperatures perhaps?

Nevermind, I found out there's no memory temp sensor for the 4890, and that these are definitely more VRMs like you said.
Thanks again

The memio is supposed to be the temp of the memory controller on the GPU.
__________________Also, the ??? voltage is memory voltage so I would have thought those '???' temps are the RAM temps.
