Default 4890 Temps GPU-Z
Can someone plz explain to me what the temps in GPU-Z mean? For example VDDC Slave 1,2 etc etc.. Just noticed that they reach 100c on load while my gpu temp shader and MEM are around 55...

Thanx.. Is it normal for those to reach 100c? I get no artifacts or anything but i cant stand seeing that 100c

i think its ok for those cards as they were made to handle high temps.
although the temps might not be accurate .

Unfortunately, yes. Mine have gotten to nearly 125C at one time before I went with aftermarket cooling.

What's your ambient temperature? Your "to hot" cpu may not be the fault of your heatsink.

120C is the max safe temp, mine have gone to 140 and remained stable though.

My sits round 70 at clock settings (Core 900 Mem 1000) IM not game to try to OC them. Last time I did that I had to return one as it seemed to have fried although it could have been faulty from the start

My VRM reaches 100c also. Normal? Should i check the heatsinks or something?
