4850x2 cooler?
Are there any aftermarket air coolers that are made for the 4850x2?
If not, could you mount two duorbs or something like that on there? I've heard of using two v2's, but I don't think that would be particularly reliable. What if you just mounted two good coolers opposite ways? Edit: What about the Accelero Xtreme 4870x2. Would that fit the 4850x2?

According to the official site it only lists the HD4870 X 2 as compatible
You will have to ask some one who has tried it on there HD4850 x 2 Sorry i couldnt be of more help

Yeah, apparently there's a heatsink between the two gpu's that would keep an accelero xtreme from fitting. There's three options.
Hr-03 GT Rev a + V2 2x V2 2x vf900 I don't know which of those would cool the best though.

Two HR-03 GTs can be mounted on there, I'm sure. It worked for a 9800GX2.

The 4850x2 doesn't have two pcb's.

What about a duorb on one, and an hr-03 gt on the other one facing down? Would that fit?
Edit: Nope, The HR-03 Protrudes too much from the PCB even when put on backwards, the duorb is real close to the PCB already.

You could try that - swing by fry's and pick up two, if they don't fit just return them and don't destroy the packaging when opening them up.
