Default 4890 After-market coolers! -need help

I know that there are threads out there concerning this, but I couldn't get a diffinitive answer on which to get.
I am think of these
-Acellero Twin Turbo(where do they sell it)
-Zalman vf1000
-Scythe Mushashi

I hear there is a big issue with VRM heating. Most people with reference cards have a plate which they keep on to cool it, but the XFX cards how a cheepo design that binds the gpu cooler to the vrm cooler.
Which one of these (or any others) will keep my card cool and quiet?

Scythe Musashi

WC:

Grab a MCW60-R2 and use the stock VRM plate for VRM and Memory cooling, works wonders.

Be careful- if your XFX 4890 is the one with a custom PCB, then most aftermarket coolers designed for the 4890 won't fit. I know XFX made a reference and non-reference PCB version. Just double check before so you make sure it will fit.
