VF900 Powering Down
So I'm experiencing a really weird problem. I just bought a CM Storm Scout case and eagerly transplanted all my hardware. I attached everything and booted it up...and crashed while I was playing WoW. After some looking into it, my Zalman VF900 will either not power up when I turn on my comp or it will spin really slowly and then just stop during normal comp use.
The fan has been working great for the past year so I don't really know why it's doing this. I was using the included fan controller but connecting the fan straight to the mobo doesn't help. I thought maybe I wasn't having enough power randomly but the CPU cooler and everything else are running just fine. The heatsink blades do have quite a bit of dust, so I'm gonna buy a can of air tomorrow and clean them. I really don't think that can be causing it to just shut down completely though. The weird thing is that the blue LED fan stays lit up even after the fan has stopped spinning.
After work tomorrow I'll buy a can of air and dust it, but I just wanted to check if there are any other problems before I do that. Thanks for your help!!
