Intel stock fan on gigabyte 4670?

So, do you think that using intel CPU stock coolers fan would get me better temps / lower noise? Heatsink would stay the same.
Because currently it sounds like bees are having orgy in my case. Pic of the GPU cooler: 'Had idea to screw the fan with the shroud off and put a LGA775 coolers fan there.

It is possible with a lot of modding, but I would recommend not having the card facing upside down. There's also the problem of making the clamps fit AND it most likely will bump up against all of those caps.

i've tried placing the entire 478 heatsink on my X1300 before..
it was a disaster. hence, don't try anything with weird mounting points not meant for the card :P
