I'd go with the T-Rad2. A slimmer HR-03 that performs equally or slightly better.

I couldn't for instance fit an akasa vortex because it was blocked by capacitors and heatsinks on the card. But yeah, reviews say the Trad2 is slightly better cooling. Mind you, I dropped from stock cooler 85c 100% load furmark, to 45c (43c on a cold day) with the HR 03 GT.
