Default 5770 cooling

i'm curious to know if they create some sort of fan cooling system for the ati 5770 card, i can't seem to find any, do they exist?

I imagine that as far as 3rd party coolers go, the HR-03GT or the Zalman VF-1000 (two name two) would fit. Depends a lot on whether AMD tweaked the mounting holes around the VPU core on the 5770. I don't think they did on the 5800's...

Who ever does some custom mods be sure to take before temp reading using GPU-Z. That will give you an idea of how well the cooling mods are working.

Here is som mod i did today,after removing the musashi and puting the stock back on.I dont think that the temp difference can be measured but i think it will affect positively in the stability during OCing,especially on mem OC!
They all fit under the stock cooler!

I am cautious to recommend a aftermarket cooler, as the mushashi doesn't fit without bending the heatpipes, the problem is that the die is closer to the DVI ports than most cards. The HR-03 may fit, but until more reports come through you would be a guinea pig.

Yeah i think HR 03 will fit too!Reversed it will fit 100%(the heatsink over the card)
