If it's the same problem as with most of the other coolers it is because the GPU core is placed much closer to the PCI bracket at the back of the card than on previous GPUs. This means some coolers confict with the bank of DVI ports at the back.

The 5770 has 43mm mounting holes, while the T-Radē only supports 53mm mounting holes. The T-Radē GTX doesn't work either, although the similarly designed Prolimatech MK-13 will fit. It costs a whopping 70 dollars though.

Does the L2 take up two additional slots? Looks like a CPU heatsink.
