I'm at 796 MHz right now, with more room to go.
You need to download: Rivatuner 16.2 here: http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=163 ATI Tray Tools (not required, suggested for profiles) http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=206455 Latest beta, don't OC the memory with this, only core Ok, to get started, in Rivatuner you need to go to Poweruser>Overclocking ATI>Enable Driver-Level 3d clock control, right click and set to 1. Of course, set the fan to %100 in Rivatuner or ATI Tray Tools EDIT:First, go to settings>customize tab>low-level system settings>more and untick these boxes. Check this to get your memory OC interval main tab\customize\graphics subsystem diagnostic report\ The interval on most is27 MHz, under: $0900000006 Reference clock : 27.000MHz You set the memory clocks at this interval, i. e. stock=702, new clock =702+27=729 MHz, then so on, N+27, where N=previous OC or stock clock You can also change the memory timings, although I haven't gotten mine to work just yet. Refer to my other thread to get the patched ATITool .exe made by a friend. Good luck! Forgot to add this: Make sure to disable the ATI Hotkey Poller service by typing services.msc in the run dialog box, on the start menu Update: I've reached 823 MHz on the memory, and that's as high as I can go for now. Good luck all! WARNING! This procedure DOES NOT work for Rivatuner Final, use 16.2. You may be able to overclock your memory, but not using these steps.
