Exclamation ATI 9800XT Timings?

Has anyone with the same card (9800XT) tweaked there timings at all with ATI tool and if so what do you recommend?
I need people with a true XT not a Softmod that have messed around with there timings to get better performance, thanks for any replies or links you may have.Timings are something i havnt messed with yet so thats why im actually posting for advice.

I honestly dont think timings will affect scores much, just like PC ram does. Whenever I change the timings I never see any increase of performance. If you want to squeeze the live out of your XT to get more points in say AM3 or 3DM01SE/03/05, then go for it.

Well i dont want to change the timings to get a better benchmark score, i want to change the timings in order to get a higher overclock on my card, thats my main goal.
