Default Memory settings in ATI Tool

In ATITool 0.0.23, there are tons of settings for memory timings and that kind of thing. Are there "ideal" settings for the RV350 cores?

Anyone? Or if there are not "ideal" settings, would the same rules for ram apply here?

Changing the RAM times is pointless. It's tedious, provides no real benefit, and they're just reset every time you reboot.
