I have no idea what this is. I installed both "ATI RS200 AGP Bus Driver" and "Omega 3.8.252 drivers". Device manager never showed ATI SMBus before untill I found "chipset" drivers on Toshiba website (this one). After installing this driver. It concurred to me that ATI SMbus was installed in Device manager. What is "ATI SMbus"?.

idk but im sure it helps make your system faster...ive seen smbus drivers installed since i got my first 939socket board & cpu.
