Angry AMD site down and I need the non Catalyst 8.6 download!!

I offically give up on Catalyst, I uninstall and reinstall in multiple ways and the thing still won't load, it won't even display the CCC icon beside the clock like a freshly installed version always did, MOM.exe isn't even running. I did drivercleaner time and time again and they just won't work, sometimes I get CLI.Imp something error when trying to start. I know there is a display driver/controll panel only download and AMD's damn site is down AGAIN and I need that package for XP x64

Does anyone know where I can find the NON Catalyst 8.6 driver download for XP x64? Google is being useless.

download.com and filehippo usually have drivers from ATI and nVidia on there.

Dudes, people, folks, neighbors, my friends, CCC sucks alright. When i was using my 2400 HD card, the only version that loaded up CCC correctly was the Visiontek 8.2 driver and the 8.1 driver. I use ati tray tools, or i just use the old Control Panel, last version is 7.12

EDIT: VisionTek also has a Special Customize CCC , the ATI icon is gone replace with a VisionTek White Logo, looks pretty cool.
