Where are the 4850 drivers?
I don't see the drivers on ATi website.
__________________I also heard about some hotfix. What are the best drivers out for the 4850?

Just choose the 3870 in the list when you go to ATI's site. The drivers are a unified package anyway. The reason that list is there is because some of the older cards can't use the newer drivers, but all the newer cards can use the latest drivers.
__________________Like Penicilyn said, you want the 8.6 drivers and the hotfix.

I had better luck with the CCC 8.7 beta (with drivers) got it here .
__________________Also don't forget to do you Fan Speed Fix by changing the .xml profile file... Instructions found here . I am running 700/1100 with a max of 63c. Stock was 625/933 with a max temp in the upper 70s...

OverDrive is part of CCC... Yes it will allow you to OC your Core and Memory clocks. It does limit how far you can go...
__________________The memory will run out of head room before the CCC limit but the core clock will not... For example I am pushing 700 on my 4850 core which is max CCC Overdrive will OC to but I believe I that the core should be able to push 725 and still be stable...
