Hd-3650 O.c
Have an ASUS HD-3650 running at 920/2100 and it's been fine for months.
I want more, but can't o.c any higher with these drivers & the ASUS tools. (smartdoc) Also, CCC refuses to load. even after re-install of o.s's.  Ideas anyone?

You may have to completely uninstall the drivers, boot in safe mode, then run some type of driver cleaner, then reboot and reinstall. I had a similar problem with a 9600XT a few years back.

fixed driver issue.
Just modified the system registry manually. (Fun) but, what about a Vmod & higher o.c? Im bored with 920/2100. I could easily get higher these temps.

Vmem modded. Vcore adjusted by editing bios.
Was able to hit 971/2160 safely. Nice oc for a <$100 card. Now to work on my bios locked 3850...
