How accurate is Everest in regards to power usage? It shows that each one of my 4870’s are drawing 28-31 amps.

I think it's pretty accurate. But you need to know the voltage as well to know how much power. If that's 28 amps at 1.2v then it's 33.6 watts.

Everest doesn't show power consumption. There are no sensors on any motherboard that read current and the voltage readings are always off.
