You need a program called NiBiTor. You can edit your BIOS through that. You flash it using a flash drive and a program called NVflash. If you need any more help, just ask.

Do those programs work on ATI cards? I thought those were NVIDIA only.

Never done it with ATi, but NVIDIA cards let you.

Nope. Google "pencil mod 4850" and it will show you the locations for doing a cheap voltage mod for Vcore and Vmem! I have overclocked my 4850 way over what I could get with stock voltage, and have been running it 24/7 without problems. Make sure you have a good aftermarket/custom cooling solution though!
The .png I've attached is my 4850 in it's 2d clocks, but as you can see the temps are quite chilly! I don't see loaded temps over 45C even at clocks over 750. |
