It's up to you if you wanna run it a little first but that didn't stop me.

if for some reason the flash doesnt work and you can no longer see the screen you will need a pci video card to view the screen to flash it back

warning if you flash a pcie/pci/agp bios to a card that is made for a diferent bus you may not be able to flash back
