For some reason the Rivatuner can set the oc clock speed but in gpu-z sensor tab and 9.3 ccc but it still shows default clock speed. Anyone have this problem? Or how to make rivatuner settings take effect?

if the gpu-z sensors page is showing the clocks have changed thats all that matters. the first page doesnt have to change for the settings to take effect. check the sensors in rivatuner and see what they say. also if u dont think they are taking effect keep raising your clocks slowly and if there is no problems at high levels the clocks arent sticking.

That default speed is the downclocking of the card.... go to front page of gpuz. Look at the bottom were gpu clock and default clock is. Default clock goes in a line across. Gpu clock is above that. The default clock shows what your card runs idle and the top shows what you have oced it to!!!! If you don't see the top different from the bottom, you haven't oced it, if different you have.

I have successfully flashed my 4850's using the CCC limits from the 4870, so I now have core adjustments up to 990mhz
