I had received my HD3650 today and i tried the latest drivers and also the latest drivers that Powercolor offers
None of them seem to install and pops up
"Setup will only run in Administrator mode. Setup is aborting."

I'm running XP-32bit and i'm using an admin account
What seems to be the problem?

p.s the drivers are all XP-32Bit

Did you try right clicking on it and selecting "Run as Administrator"? What about Safe Mode? Don't use the Powercolor drivers, get drivers straight from the ATI website.
