I've spent all day trying to sort this out i'll go back to the beginning:

System was fine on 9.4's, ccc worked no problem at all and could play games etc, then the latest 9.6's came out and installed them, installed fine but after a few days I was getting bsod's so I uninstalled them and ran driver sweeper.

Then went back to install the 9.4's but they wont install anymore even the 9.6's won't, I have deleted all folders relating to ati(removed via uninstall), booted into safe mode and ran driver sweeper even manually deleted the ati registry keys from another forum, then deleted the display driver. I even tried:

C:\program files\ATI technologies to C:\program files\ATI

So all gone I thought, all ati has gone lets reboot and reinstall, gets to the end and says install fine but a few errors message but I cant view them when I click the box it says nothing.

Reboot and no cc and no display driver installed, it does this over and over, they never install and im pulling my hair out, ive even tried re downloading the drivers incase it was a bad download, but still doesnt work.

Im using vista 64 btw with sp2. Any help guy's?.

Might be other software conflicting with it boot up with everything disbaled except ms needed services and startup and try installing it then
