Anyone try these yet? I'm hesitent, was using 9.6, then the xtreme g 9.6, and I don't want to gain any more bugs, TriFire is still pretty glitchy.

Update: Looks like i will be using Xp drivers instead of Vista drives for Vista. Xp drivers are about 30% faster then Vista drivers. Here are a few things to note:

Using XP drivers , Dxdiag data is fixed
It use to say 1218 or 1418 or something like that Total Memory, now it reads 256MB.

Not sure if that is a big deal, but Vista always showed incorrect stats in that area.

Just played GTA 3
Using Vista drivers, if i didn't put on " frame limiter " the game will drag horrible and stutter, but using XP drivers , i can leave off Frame Limiter and still get between 40-50 frames, with no stutter.

Crysis Warhead 1280x1024 AAX2 Medium to low settings , i can't believe this, but WOW, i never got this performance using Vista drivers at this scene. I can even record now at 1280x1024 which was impossible before.

http://www1.picturepush.com/photo/a/...3-50-15-24.png
http://www5.picturepush.com/photo/a/...0-05-59-99.png

Everything seems so faster, games, internet browsing , everything. LIKE OMG I just got a super performance gaming boost hahaha. XP drivers are superior over Vista in game performance. I always find ways to increase performance Its like i am using XP with Vista install.

I'll give theses a go and post back... I hope they're worth it, it's a real pain to roll back ati drivers.

Well keep in mind, once you install these drivers on Vista , every game will run in XP mode/performance, but interesting you still have Direct X10 features haha.

Not sure if I like the new layout, but I'll possibly give these a try later.

I think its better than the old one IMO, nice that they change it. Now its time for Nvida to change it or update it.

I'm not sure if the layout for ATI really needs to be changed, but more-so adding more control over it. Adding more settings would be welcomed in my heart, maybe one day have it as full-featured as ATITrayTools. NVidia on the other hand, I like how they used to be. Ever since they tried to incorporate everything like nTune into the display drivers, it's been a mess.

I still have yet to try these drivers. I'm incredibly lazy at the moment, so I can't be bothered to go through the process

You guys, don't fall for this kids crap again. Look up Legendary's past posts. He posts nonsense. Just read what he is saying and think for a minute.
