First time ATI user here, a few questions...
Buying a 4850X2 next week, just curious about a few things.
1). Can I use EVGA Precision to overclock my card? If not, what else can I use? 2). If possible, what do I use to flash the BIOS with new clocks? 3). Which drivers are the best for my new card? Thanks folks. Looking forward to becoming red.

 1) Catalyst Control Center Suite should work well for you. 2) Can you be more specific? i.e. do you mean what medium? 3) I would try the latest CCC Suite

ATI Tool, ATI Traytools, Rivatuner, CCC (ATI Overdrive)
All overclocking tools, I prefer installing the only driver version of ATI Catalyst and installing ATI Tray Tools as my interface to it, it works much better then CCC.
