Default Overclocking HD4770, temp question

Running Furmark for a few minutes my cards temperature seemed to stay around 79*c and 80*c. Maybe thats a bit hot, I dont know much about this.

anyway when I overclock it with rivatuner, I look at the temperatures (it lists the core temp, the core temp \ display, and other stuff like that)

anyway, all the temps are around 84*c except for the "core temperature \ memory IO" which was around 90*c. Should I be worried about that? Or should I focus on just the Core temperature?

the memory IO seems to always be a bit hotter. is it safe around 90*c?

fan speed depends on how hot it is, at 80*c its only at like 40-45% around 90*c it will go to like 80% or 90%.

i didnt manually controll the fan because then it is stuck at hwatever percent i put it at, instead of changing depending on how hot the card gets
