I just did a fresh installation of Windows 7, and downloaded the 9.7 Catalyst from AMD-ATi site. The driver is working fine, but CCC wont start. Already uninstall the CCC and reinstall, after reboot same problem occurred again.
Thanks in advance =)

Do you mind not using Catalyst Control Center? I just install the base drivers without CCC.

That's what I thought so far, overclocking would be relying on Rivatuner then. But if OCN-er have better solution I might consider.

I had this same problem with 9.7. I found and downloaded 9.5. My solution was to disconnect from the internet then uninstall 9.7 (so no card drivers or Catalyst) and reinstall 9.5 version. After rebooting after uninstall and reinstall Catalyst CCC now works for me.
