Default ATI Tool doesn't work

When I start the application, an icon appears in the system tray, but nothing happens, only the CPU Usage is very high, but I can't do anything. Also, my log is not satisfying (it's attached). I have an HD 3650 512Mb DDRAM2.

Hitting 3.8 was easy, getting a stable 4.0 ghz, that will be a challenge!

ATI tools sucks a lot. try GPU tool instead... it is a much better app, and has a better stability test. Also I would use OCCT for testing stability on your GPU. OCCT has the best stability test I have found for a GPU aside from playing games.
