4850 @ 800MHZ Core clock.....
So normally this wouldn't be a problem *sigh*
Anyways for the moment im on my secondary rig and for the moment its running Win7 32bit Unfortunately i get an error saying that this file is corrupted or not found etc after a fresh install of the full Catalyst/Drive suite...and rebooted of course Its atiadlxx.dll which causes CCC to not load and Rivatuner only allows me to up fan speed and see my hellacious core clock  What should i do...already tried drive sweeper and im seeing a bunch of dead ends in google...

Riva tuner will not work on windows 7, you need to trick windows or is that the driver that it's signed to do driver level modding.
I think this is what it's doing to you I'll see if I can find a link to a program that signs your driver.

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE. I heard Ford is coming out with heated bumpers in 2010 so your hands don not get cold while pushing it.

Thanks for the assistance..
Ehh i got Rivatuner working no problem without doing any kind of signing....got the drivers installing after a few more attempts... Now just waiting on a new cooler...
