This is pefectly normal. ATI is good hardware with horrible drivers and thick CCC app.
__________________ATI all in Wonder ,,, would give corrupt desktop this is last century. Tech support tried to help. He would go with another driver and corrupt 2D would go away,, then suddenly back and you go with a lower version its better. You download latest and he went through ATI HELL , All these years later Im not surprised at the post but I will try to help. Boot into safe mode and uninstall ATI drivers, then run sweeper or driver clean pro you choice. After running it and cleaning. Then reboot, after reboot is done download the latest WHQL ATI drivers which came out just today. There is thread here youll see it. gl
