Question Oc ati 4870
What is the best program that I can use for oc and control the fan speed VisionTek Radeon HD 4870 512MB ? ATITool is not working .

I like GPU Tool some people like Riva Tuner. There is a guide on software volt modding here.

The Auto OCing feature in it is pretty nice too.
