apparently they removed them for a few days but now its 9.9 but should i trust them because i have the release 9.9's and resident evil 5 is blue screen city

i just uninstalled the 9.9's and I'm gonna try the new ones that they just put up and ill see if resident evil 5 is any better

Tell us if it works out, I've had some problems with Overdrive and old 9.9 but that's it so far.

I installed when first out, made BF2 and Shift really, really choppy. Rolled back to 9.8s which worked fine.

Might try these new ones.

I have tried RE5 with the new driver 9.9...just as you say GARBAGE! The performances were TERRIBLE! I had stutters then BSOD after a while! Rolled back to 9.8 and worked flawlessly. For those that have the error about Memory Buffer or something, its related to RE5's movies. They dont clear themselves from the cache after load.

Running 9.9 as we speak, tried all the games you guys are complaining about not working and I haven't had a single issue with them.

Yeah, I've never had bad performance issues with drivers before, this is the first ever time :/

Haven't had a problem here either, I noticed a big performance jump actually (just got the 4870 went to 9.9 straight from 8.6, no idea why that still came with the card..)
