Default Artifacts at login

Ok for some reason im getting artifacts at login on Vista and XP...thought it might be the OS so i formatted from Vista to XP and of course its still there

Its mostly a bunch of lines squished together and it happens as soon as windows logs in....it only happens after i install CCC/Ati Drivers

It won't happen in safemode or when drivers are not installed and when the machine is booting the bios/loading shows just fine

Any incite would be nice....i am going to go try looking for the problem now...

Edit: This si on my 4850 and my secondary rig

Sounds like the card went bad. The only thing causing the artifacts would be the card.

I have been reading about some bugs in CCC that cause similar problems....

Why doesn't the problem happen elsewhere?

My card is voltmodded and the bios is modded to a high core clock...what if my volts are too low or high thus causing the artifacts?

This is on my 4850 btw

Edit: Ok i solved the problem...it would seem my volts where somehow to high...not sure how they got past a level that would cause the problems but none the less a few turns to the left and i've booted A OK....
