Default can't overclock in W7
so i got a hd2600xt laying around and i decided to overclock it just for fun. I tried ATI tools, AMD overdrive, MIS after burner, AMD GPU clock tool and none of them will set the frequency, it just goes back to stock when i press apply.

it tells me that windows requires a digitally signed driver. I'm running 64bit W7 if that helps.
