Jesus more problems. I'm really freakin unlucky.
I got another motherboard because I thought that was my previous problem. Ends up its not BUT I am closer to installing these drivers then I was last time. Now I can boot after attempting to install the drivers, but when installing I get "Driver Install: the INF file was not found". 9.9 and every other driver STILL insists on not installing. Any help would be appreciated.

Does it also happen when you manually point the device manager to the location of the INF file?

That is so odd. I have heard of it before though, but it never happened to me. Are the drivers unpacked in the default C:\Ati\Support folder?
