I used to use Rivatuner, but that doesn't work anymore with Vista 64 bit and the 9.8 drivers.
__________________What OC software is the best out there that will let me go beyond the 700 limit in CCC overdrive? I heard of this AMD Gpu clock tool. Is this any good?

Uninstall and delete all rivatuner folders, then reinstall. Or you could force the driver version manually.
