Can't Boot Still
I attempt booting with 9.9 (and any other drivers down to about 9.6 I tried) can't boot. Windows just sits there at the 'Windows is starting'.
ANY suggestions please.

Well sounds like a driver problem. Were previous drivers uninstalled and sweep properly? Did you get an error message after installing the drivers? Can you uninstall drivers and sweep in safe mode?
