You can use GPU-Z to save a copy of the BIOS on your GPU..and then open it using RBE. Have you flashed both of your GPU's? the ID mismatch sounds like one GPU took the flash..but not the other.
Please check your GPU-Z info on the BIOS# and make/model of your GPU's, to make sure they are identical...and post back with your finding. Thanks.

Nice! I'm sorry I forgot to attach the file. It's there now, but seeing that you've already made your own the only thing to gain from it is voltages. I'd at least take a look there - It increases the GPU core to 1.2v, and also decreases 2d clocks/voltage. This gained me about 30-50Mhz extra, so it's worth it. There's also a custom PWM ramp for the fan....I recommend looking at it and copying over anything you want...
