New to Overclock.net

everytime i try to run 9.9 drivers it acts like its struggaling to do it.i do a total uninstall to.but how comes it remembers my profiles from before?does anyone else have these problems?i roll back to 9.8 and im fine.

I never had problems with newest drivers. I don't understand your question exactly, but the settings are most likely stored in a .inf file or something that is separate from CCC.

Use Catalyst Uninstaller. "acts like its struggling to do it" what does that mean?

yes it acts like its try to run to different drivers or something.can you recommend and driver sweeper,i ran a search on ati in search bar and nothing.is there a way i can find that file

ok,i did sweeper and i located the profiles on my computer.so i did a clean install of 9.9.but it still seems like it pulsing ,like wanting more power.could it be my system just doesnt like these drivers.

There are some issues with 9.9 in both Windows XP and Windows 7. I guess a lot of people have been lucky, but they are certainly there.
For instance resolution, overscaling, and other LCD-HDTV issues. http://www.overclock.net/ati/579777-...ccc-9-9-a.html These problems seem to be relegated to 4870s, 4890s, and the 785G chipset.

My Computer > Right click > Device Manager > Display adapters. right click you driver, 'Update Driver Software', 'Browse my brows my computer for driver software', and chose where ever your ATi directory is. and click next.
